Sure. Expect to see the exact same thread next week after an a$$whipping at Dallas.

I don't expect us to win next week, I know ill be over matched. The injuries sustained today won't help either.

Lets see, a Jumbo package is a play you run from the goal line to punch it into the endzone, because your inches away. Jumbo is not a formation you run from the 8 yard line because your bunching the entire offense into one area and even if you get a little bit of a push Portis will more than likely fall over one of his own men, by god, thats what exactly happened. But then again I only talk in riddle because I have no clue what im talking about.

Man that jumbo bullshit needs to be throw out of the damn playbook. Period. That's the 80's mentality that Gibbs and Bugel have. We were just fine spreading the field out and running the offense. The offense was doing just fine. Then we get down close and bring in all the heavy guys and that shit DOES NOT WORK!!! Didn't the damn coaches learn anything from the Giants game???? You can still run the regular offense with regular personel down on the goaline. I watch Indy do it all the time. Indy never ever brings in the heavy slow guys yet they always seem to run it well on the goaline with Harrison and Wayne still in the game. Plus you still have the best guys on the field. Sorry but Lorenzo Alexander is no threat to catch a pass. It's just one less guy the defense has to defend. That 's on Gibbs and he needs to adjust.

He doesnt have that killer in his eyes.Keep greg williams, bring in bill cower now ,we are are not going anywhere and thats the fact.Joe gibbs is too soft we should have put them away on that fourthdown call, bump a fieldgoal(and thats putting it nicley).I love joe gibbs like a father but this has went too far for too long.Lets keep it real redskins fans, this game has passed him bye and he knows it and we all know it!Its hard but its fair!
How the hell do you plan to get Gibbs out and Cowher in. Make Gibbs president of the Skins, that's easy, but getting Cowher out of retirement wont be easy. He has everything he wants. He's retired at 48 or whatever age he is, he has a Super Bowl ring, he is well respected as a coach, what more do you need?

I disagree with that. There are times when it is good to show the other team that you will impose your will on them. The only problem is that there are also times when you need to run a naked bootleg or play action to Cooley off of it. Too bad our leader can't figure that out.

In the short run, we will be fine with Alexander. Him being in is really selling our PA fakes and getting us open receivers running everywhere.

I don't understand your fascination with the spread. Just cause the best QBs ever make it effective doesn't mean everyone and their grandmother should copy it.

Well guess what, Mr. Hindsight. Throwing away three games that you dominated your opponent leaves you in no man's land.

Detroit is probably a playoff team this year. We are head and shoulders above them. Anyone with a pulse could tell you that.

We were head and shoulders above them on that day. Overall we are probably very close when both teams are 100% healthy.

We tend to play down to the level of our opposition (much like Italy in soccer). Rarely do we blow away a bad team. I'd say we are much better than Detroit.

IMO you stick with what's working. So far this year when we bring in the heavy guys around the goaline it DOES NOT WORK. This game and the Giants game. Enough is enough. Just keep the regualr guys in since we are not blowing guys off the ball on the goaline.

I think you saw today how much better the offense is when we get our guys spread out a little bit and running hurry up. Nothing wrong opening things up.
