I'd have to go with Chris Cooley. He's brought back the Redskins H-back position . . . consistently holds the offense together with big plays. Let's not forget he's got a little Riggins in him, personality-wise.
Going out, dating cheerleaders, wearing crazy garb at camp . . . the shorts and the red stockings.

So if Cooley's fanbase is comprised of mostly women then it doesn't count right? If you take all those lady fans and add a respectable number of male fans, then I'd say Cooley could be the most popular.

Cooley is the most popular with me, Fletcher and Rocky close behind. I don't know why Taylor is my guy. I guess, at bottom, I don't quite trust him in deep coverage. The extreme physical superiority he is supposed to possess almost never shows up in the stats and only rarely on the field. He's good but over-hyped.

So leading the league with 5 interceptions throughout 8 games is not possessing talent and not showing up on stats? Hmm.. How about the jaw dropping hits he laid upon people time after time? Are you seriously talking about the same sean taylor that is on the Redskins? He's not overhyped, he's the most feared safety in the game where few receivers dare to take a head on collision hit with. The only reason why I think he's overlooked is because he's not vocal enough.. but in terms of talent and football given attributes, he shines by far from anyone who wears the color of burgundy and gold.

Big Cools (Cooley) has to be the most underrated TE in the League. I think we should be throwing his way more often.

Funny thing is some people aren't big fans of Gibbs either...

Who cares? No one wants to be know for getting thumped by the Patriots.
