This guy is a first class a-hole (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3091416). Who f'ing announces their intent to move a team just as the season gets going? He has done everything possible to alienate the fans and I hope the city of Seattle doesn't let him get away with it.

At first I was thin king you meant Clay Davis, who is another first class a-hole, but this guy is bad too.

Maybe this guy can buy the team
ESPN - Seattle group offers to buy Sonics from Bennett - NBA (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3091098)

He won't sell, his plan was to move the team all along. Anywho, I highly doubt he will make as much money in Oklahoma City as he could here in Seattle. Sure, the first few seasons will be pleasant in Oklahoma City but after that you got to win or else you can forget about getting people to go to the games.
I miss the good ol' days of the mid 90's when the Sonics were best thing that happened to the city.

There was a rumor a couple of years ago that once the Sonics moved out of Seattle Paul Allen would move his Blazers there (to go along with his Seahawks). I think that rumor has since died.

saden, the only reason any owner wants to move is money. i thought the sonics always did well with attendance. does he want a new arena, funded by the tax payers?
