The Tampa Bay game right after Thanksgiving might be the deciding game for us getting the last wildcard. The O-line play must improve for the offense to hold up their end - does anyone know whether Heyer might be available soon?

i say yes and barely like was mentioned in the posts b4 me...I do however think the severe ass stompin we took at the hands of the patriots will give us a new breath of determination...10-6 we need to beat up some teams along the way and a little help from others will be appreciated

Dammit, I only thought about this for two or three minutes before confusion set in.
Just look at our division. It's real hard for me to see us winning either of the Dallas games, we just don't have enough offense (not near enough really). The Gmen are playing some of the best ball in the NFC w/ two of the nastiest d-ends in the game and a surprisingly resurgent Eli (this really pisses me off because I basically expected Campbell to do what Eli has done). And finally, the Eagles have long been a second-half-of-the-season team. We could easily go though the '07 season w/ just one division win, which gives us another four losses at least, which means we could still be 9-7, which means we could still be a wild card contender.
Bottom line: the entire NFC is almost as embarassing as our loss to the Patriots on Sunday (the two things are also similar because every other friggin person I know is talking about them).

I chose to be a weenie because I just like to be different. I honestly do not mind going on the record.
We will Make the Playoffs by sweeping Dallas and Philly, and beating NY. We will be second in the Division because Dallas only loses to us twice and NE. we manage to lose one more game, but not within the division. The Giants make the Playoffs as well. And even though The NFC east sends 3 teams to the Playoffs again we still get no props for being the toughest division in the NFL from the rest of the league.

That's a tall order my friend. I like the optimism, but I see this team perhaps winning 10 games and likely winning 9. I see the following games as Ws: NYJ , Eagles (barely), Bills, Bears, and the Vikings. I see the following games a Ls: Cowboys (twice) and Giants. The Tampa game is a toss-up.

Only if we can beat Dallas at least once and win the rest of the NFC games on the schedule

They will make the playoffs, if we win the next two games...

Yes.
We'll end up 10-6 if our OL can hold on.
I'm very disapointed in the last 2 weeks. Cards game shoulda lost and Pats we NEVER had a chance. Not the Redskins I know. Question is do I know the Redskins? Do they? I wanna believe. I gotta believe. Tired of believing when my team gets beat 52-7. Say it's 1 game, it's a fluke or the Patriots are just that good. I say BOLOGNA! We aren't a championship caliber team. Hate to admit it, but how do we have a chance in the post season when none of our WR's have TDs, the right side of OL is like a labor pool curb and we've failed to close in the 4th Q in every game except the Lions and Eagles games. Hope I'm wrong. I think we'll get a wildcard and perhaps get to NFC Championship. I will leave out the rest... We need to not leave the defense on the field and get extended, clock milking drives together. We've got to or else we're finished. Every week I think the coaches have to know all this right? Right?

I used to think yes but now I am a no. I dont see the Skins ever getting ahead of Dallas or NYG in the division and I dont think they will be better than 9-6 and I'm not sure that can get them the other wild card.
