Will the Redskins Make the Playoffs

I'm not so sure why people are counting us out at 9-7. People must have more faith in the NFC than I do. I'm just not sold on the notion that there are 6 better teams than the Redskins in the NFC.

I definitely agree that 9 wins could get someone in. The NFC is just so mediocre.

Whoever makes it to the Super Bowl from the NFC is going to get trounced.

I'm an eternal optimist, but unless some things change over the course of the next nine games, this is a difficult question to answer. This team has already had to overcome so much adversity which has invarably led to so much inconsistency, it's extremely difficult to predict a possible outcome for this season. I think a lot of things have to go right the rest of the way, including the ability to win close games. It has become painfully obvious that the games we have left on the schedule are going to be close, and hard fought. The four division games left, and the one against Tampa Bay will pretty much decide our season.

What wildcard teams are going to have 10 wins? The Giants? Probably. Anyone else? Doubtfully. Detroit's got a pretty damn tough schedule. Carolina has the 21st ranked defense and no QB. Arizona won't win 10 games either. In short, our competition sucks.

People might not think we are a playoff caliber team, but find me 6 other NFC teams that are. We don't need to be a top team in the NFL, we need to be a top team in the NFC.

I voted no. I think we'll end up 7-9 and miss the last wild card spot by a game.

If we continue to sputter on offense and continue to think that Cover 2 is unbeatable we wont make the playoffs .... but

We need to win at least 2 or 3 divisional games .. I think we beat Philly @ home and get revenge against the G-Men ... RT should be back for that one and Im thinkin' we steal one from the Cowgirls @ home ... We have offically hit rock bottom after sunday's loss ... but it will only make this team stronger ... Campbell learn a good lesson Sunday ... Hopefully Wade can learn to block ... cuz hes the weak link on the line

IMO.

Yes we make the playoffs. i just have a sneaky feeling this can of whop-ass the pats put on us has pissed Gibbs off, and he is going to open things up a bit. Call me crazy, but Ive been called worse.
