Hey guys! I just wanted to describe the injury a little bit, just in case anyone is curious. The metacarpal, which Noble broke, is the long bones that run through the hand and are connected to the fingers. So the third metacarpal would be the long bone connected to the middle finger.

The swelling will effect his ability to practice for the next few days, so he will be sidelined, but after about 4-5 days the pain and swelling should subside for the most part and he should be able play fine with the aid of a hand brace.

And hey, don't worry! Noble has shown himself to be a remarkably fast healer so don't be surprised to see him back in training camp (hopefully keeping himself in one piece) very soon.

If this was the season I'm sure he would be ready to go by the next game. Not a huge concern here at all.

Breaking his hand sounds more serious that it actually is...

Everyone is going to be dinged up a little by the end of training camp... happens every year.

Give him one of those legendary Jacoby arm clubs to play with! Seriously though, he'd be playing on Sunday if it were Tampa.

He's a DT and he broke his hand.....so what? He's got another one... ;)

Seriously, that's one good thing about linemen, they can still play with those kinds of injuries. Just keep the legs healthy!
