GTripp0012 10-25-2007, 11:13 PM New score prediction only if you can control the game clock because the Pats are good at that.
Pats 31 Skins 14That's better (it actually has a chance to happen).
If you don't say something ignorant and derogatory to the favored team of this board, I won't call you on it. Promise.
Campbell17 10-26-2007, 12:02 AM Patriots 34
Redskins 21
We play good but have no chance.
MTRedskinsFan 10-26-2007, 01:12 AM Ok. I was staring at my computer at the office today and just decided we need to skip this damn game. Realistically, you all know our D will spend the whole f'n game on the field, which means huge injury risks at a time when we're just getting healed up and we have a tough stretch ahead. Pats are AFC anyway, who the hell cares about this game! We need to be healthy to have a chance against NFC opponents, especially till Thomas gets back and we can reestablish the running game.
I already hate this f'n game. If we can get through w/o major injuries I'll consider it a win for us (I already predicted CP gets seriously injured in this game, and I still think it's going to happen).
GhettoDogAllStars 10-26-2007, 02:00 AM A true fan of a game knows when its not gonna happen.
A true fan of THE game, maybe. But I think a true fan of a TEAM always has confidence and hope that their team will win.
I knew the Cowboys had no chance at defeating New England, simply because they have no defense. I am ABSOLUTELY certain you thought your team had a chance. So do we. A better chance, I might add, because we have a defense that's worth something.
DEVIL'S OWN 10-26-2007, 10:17 AM Skins - 19
Pats - 17
this will propel us up to about the 5th spot, the league will be shocked and this game will be talked about alway to the superbowl, with this win, we will finish the season tied with Giants 11-5, and Dallas will be a wildcard, Jason Campbell will put together some great 3rd Down drives...... we will trail until the 4th until we start to get the breaks we missed against the packs and giants......our running game will be better than soild, with Ben Watson out and no Sammy Morris aling.....we will come up big on D... this will probably cost us a big player on defense (injury for 3 weeks), but for this to work, we need Marcus Washington and Casey Rabach
im stick by my pick.....we will unleash HELL
TheMalcolmConnection 10-26-2007, 10:25 AM Dallas is the only team for most people from the South like my family in TEN, ARK, Miss, Alabama, and Texas. Bandwagoner is a person that I can never be. I think you need to check yourself first.
This is the part that pisses me off. People equate being southern or country (I'm REALLY reserving the word "redneck trash") with liking the Cowboys.
Why?
Because there's nothing that validates you being "country" more than liking a Cowboy. Why? Because Cowboys are what being country is all about.
Sure there are country people everywhere who like all teams, but I don't think many people can deny that MANY Cowboy fans tend to lean on the redneck side of the fence.

Actually, with the way the Pats score, probably not.

FYI a true fan of the game does'nt come to someones house and act like an ass.
1) I think the Skins D backfield can handle Brady and the recievers
...I'm giving them 1 D touchdown
2) Skins special teams will come up big
3) don't underestimate field goals
4) The O just can't lose it and give the D time to rest!
Monkeydad 10-26-2007, 11:20 AM OK, I played the game on Madden yesterday.
The Pats won 24-15. I NEVER lose on Madden. Is this a bad sign?
Highlights:
Campbell efficient except for late 4th-qtr INT, TD pass to Moss and one to Betts
Skins running game shut down, but so was NE's except for one nice 15-20 yd run by Maroney
Our D was tough all game, especially on 3rd and 4th down
Brady to Stallworth for 67 yd TD was their only big offensive play
Taylor cleaned Moss' clock several times. Randy had a slow day
London Fletcher - stranied tricep in 1st quarter, missed rest of game, Blades filled in nicely.
Game was 0-0 late in in the 2nd quarter. NE missed an earlier FG. Suisham nailed a FG to put us up 3-0 going into half, NE took back the next kickoff to take a 7-3 halftime lead.

Who predicts serious injuries to key players on their favorite team? How morbid is that? You want to predict their deaths next?
