What's the defensive gameplan for NE?redskinsfanatic 10-23-2007, 10:04 AM pray for rain, and the new england recieving corp to get food poisoning! Redskins 10-23-2007, 10:12 AM I think we should "fight our guts out", you know, for old times sake.... TheMalcolmConnection 10-23-2007, 10:27 AM not sure if im following you on this one, do you mean the time we beat them and they went on to win the superbowl? I'm talking about us beating NO last year. bertoskins2 10-23-2007, 10:42 AM here is my plan: 1. play zone to avoid big plays and hit them hard, I mean hard so that they will be afraid to go over the middle. take away their 2 other receivers i think walker and stallworth can be intimidated by hitting them hard. that leave moss to be double teamed. 2. our front 4 should be aggressive and continue to rush without any help from the LB. LB will drop back in the zone and will help in hitting the receivers. DL should stop the run by themselves with little help from the backers. 3. control the ball on the offense (this is the most difficult thing to do by our offense) so that our defense will not be exhausted at the end of the game. extend drives (not by running the ball but by completing high percentage short passes) dmek25 10-23-2007, 11:43 AM to steal a line from malcolm, PAIN jbcjr14 10-23-2007, 11:57 AM From the Tuna: ESPN Video Beta (http://sports.espn.go.com/broadband/video/videopage?&brand=null&videoId=3074676&n8pe6c=2) chris66 10-23-2007, 12:22 PM im gonna go ahead right now and predict my outcome. Pats are stuned at home 28-24 gonna be a pretty shitty week for them too once the rockies beat their asses too. So your saying that an offense that is scoring 20 pts on avg is going to put up 28pts. If your guys get 28 its because we have 45 already and it will be garbage pts against backups 724Skinsfan 10-23-2007, 01:32 PM Okay, I read all of these posts and couldn't find the answer (high school education only but I'm working on it)... When is Marcus Washington due back? Before showing me where this information is located, please keep in mind that I am inherently lazy and rely upon others to cover for me. Thanks in advance for the sorry soul that continues to promote my slothfulness. BDBohnzie 10-23-2007, 02:33 PM Marcus Washington - Washington Redskins - News - NFL - Yahoo!
