Did I make a mistake?

One of the guys released Kurt Warner and signed Kyle Boller? WTF? I think it was a knee jerk reaction, but the guy has a great record at 5-1 right here with me...

So I've been carrying 3 QBs in a league, where QB's get points per completions, so they're pretty much THE game deciders...

also, we have an extra spot on the bench so we actually carry 15 players total, so there's room for an extra player, and since the qbs are so important, I've chosen to carry 3.

I have Carson Palmer and Derrick Anderson still, but I released Donovan McNabb for Warner...

Do you guys think I made the right move?

btw... I'm shocked that my other players have done as well as they have (adrian peterson, braylon, plaxico, edge, etc...)

Isn't Warner injured?

Warner out for atleast a week or so. Non throwing arm torn ligament. I'm guessing 2-4 weeks.

here's link-

Warner has torn ligament in left elbow, won't need surgery (http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d80358f23&template=without-video&confirm=true)

I would have kept McNabb over Warner but you have two solid guys ahead so there's a good chance you won't need either.

By the way, I wish there was a way to travel back in time to August and show myself then myself now writing a post in which I refer to Derrick Anderson as "solid" haha.

yeah I know... I swooped him up immediately off the waivers after his 4td contest against cincinatti and he's been my best qb so far...

I just think Warner has a bigger upside in an offense that actually has a solid running attack and 2 of the premiere recievers.

He's supposed to be back on the practice field today, so I figure he's only out a week, but do you guys think McNabb is really going to bounce back?

Should have tried trading McNabb if you had Palmer and Anderson. However, I would have kept McNabb over Warner. Even if he comes back, by that time, the Cards will be plunging futher into the abyss that is the basement of the NFC West, and his number will be erratic at best.

Yeah, just because of his name recognition, McNabb had a ton of trade value even with his crappy performance recently. You should not have just dropped him.
