Gibbs needs to put the fire in before the game and at halftime, not immediately after a 3pt loss
Our offense is Patheticrypper11 10-14-2007, 05:37 PM Gibbs needs to put the fire in before the game and at halftime, not immediately after a 3pt loss redduke44 10-14-2007, 05:38 PM what about portis,I have a 300 dollar portis jersey my wife bought me 2 years ago what the f#$k am I supposed to do do with it, any suggestions? dont even start all of these Bullshit threads like "ou offense sucked" and "the coaches have to go. because next week when we win you will be making threads like "our offense is unstoppable" and "is gibbs god" come on it was one players fault. Moss this thread should be "our Moss is pathetic" redduke44 10-14-2007, 05:42 PM I jus said the same thing to my wife, thanks for keepin it real! Yeah, playcalling was on point in this game. We couldn't have had many more opportunities. You've got to think that Moss has something going on that he can't catch. And as big of a fan of his as I am, we need to sit Portis until he's 100%. He's just not the same player. dgack 10-14-2007, 05:43 PM I really feel bad for Jason Campbell, because he played a hellava game today, these drops and bullshit need to be corrected and its on the idvidual players themselves to take care of it Agreed. If the receiving corps helped him out today, Jason would probably have easily had over 300, 3 TD's passing, 1 rushing TD, and a 4-1 record. We are dangerously close to the kind of season where we're wasting a year of Jason Campbell's prime. We're lucky he wasn't hurt at the end of this awful mess of a game, and the O-Line injuries leave me very concerned about his safety back there. We can't risk J-Cam getting "David Carred"... jsarno 10-14-2007, 05:45 PM I really feel bad for Jason Campbell, because he played a hellava game today, these drops and bullshit need to be corrected and its on the idvidual players themselves to take care of it Absolutely agree! Campbell did his best to win us this game, unfortunately not many others helped. jsarno 10-14-2007, 05:46 PM what about portis,I have a 300 dollar portis jersey my wife bought me 2 years ago what the f#$k am I supposed to do do with it, any suggestions? I have a suggestion...pack it up and send it to me. If you're ready to quit on Portis, then you don't deserve the jersey. If you don't want to send it to me, then give it to a real redskins fan. jsarno 10-14-2007, 05:49 PM Agreed. I'm not ready to jump off the bridge just yet. After the Giants game we all talked like it was the end of the world, and then after crushing the lions one game later, we all thought we were the front runner for the super bowl. Fact is, the NFC is weak this year and we can still easily get a playoff spot. Our #1 priority is to get this O line healthy. We can't have 4th stringers in there and expect to make the playoffs. redduke44 10-14-2007, 05:50 PM OK thanks because I am so mad at them,we could have wo this game.I had my nephew and sister in law overe for dinner, and I had to go across the street to my neighbos house to finish watching the game. Please forgive me my fellow redskins fans. http://www.redskinswarpath.com/locker-room/20289-chill-before-you-post-think.html might be useful... Honestly, I didn't expect us to win this game, and anyone who was counting on this team to finish better than 9-7 would be borderline delusional in my book. With the way the offensive line has been absolutely DESTROYED this year with injuries, chalk it up to more experience for Campbell. To be able to have a successful year without the entire starting right side of your offensive line says a lot about your QB. David Carr has proven to be a bad quarterback period. A completely healthy, effective offensive line wouldn't have made a difference for him. DynamiteRave 10-14-2007, 05:52 PM I have a suggestion...pack it up and send it to me. Granted, everyone played inexcusably bad, it's not time to jump off the bandwagon yet! Except maybe the strength and conditioning coach. He can take a long walk off a short pier. |
