I've dogged him quite a bit over the past few seasons but today he really impressed me, and when he caught the INT and took it back I honestly couldn't believe it. Hopefully he's turned a corner. Nice job Carlos!

I was just as shocked as you are. He actually broke on a ball and held on to it.

I have to eat some crow in regards to Carlos Rogers. I haven't been too high on him lately, but that was a great INT return for a TD.

Did you guys see Moss and Portis laughing when Rogers took it in for a score?

*gasp* one by Rogers. Rogers will jump a route and take his back for six.

I called it...

Lets not go overboard...Detroit was playing chuck-it football just to finish the game.

The INT was icing on the cake, and long overdue--must be pretty sweet for Carlos. But he played well all game long, with some hard hits and good position play. I think it really helps, as I said earlier in the week, to have Smooty back. I think it makes Carlos better! He's not so hung out to dry, and he can play ball without thinking so much.

PS See Smooty's locker room interview on skins.com. Awesome. Sure, he talks a lot. But, man, can he talk!

Yeah, but considering Rogers actually caught it AND returned it for a TD is great for him in my book.

I thought he made a nice break on the ball though. It's not like he was playing centerfield
