Now would be a good time to start investing in some real estate over there. Get in on the upswing.

Might as well find other planets similar to ours so when we destroy this one we'll have a back up plan.

Some backup plan. We don't have the resourses to get there.

Yeah, you can start on the trip, but you'll be dead by the time you get there. However, your great-grandchildren that were born on the flight can enjoy it. :D

Admittedly, it would be nice to get mankind's future planetary destruction schedule, mapped out

wow... can you imagine the people of that planet... they'd freak out when we got there. we'd have to mess with them and bring some lifelike movie prop alien robots and act like we were going to destroy them all for a while... just to mess with them.

I would be surprised if this planet is still here in 100 years. Of course, we are virtually guarenteed an ice age in that time and that should slow the death.
We can still save the panet, but it will take all of us, and quite frankly, only 20% of us really want to save it, another 20% want to fix the issues but don't know how and give up, and the other 60% just don't care and will go about their way of life not caring what affect they have on others.

The sad thing is, out of the 20% that really want to save the planet, 5-10% of them are over the top, so much so, they get no real exposure, and are seen are crazy tree huggers (or fart smellers in south park LOL).

Didn't say it was a good one. Obviously the REAL back up plan of stop polluting and stop using crude oil etc isn't working.

Even the back up plan has flaws. Even if we find a new planet, we will bring all our dumb thoughts to that planet and ruin it. So the only way to fix this is to stop being so bad for our planet, and do whatever it takes to fix it. Obviously people still feel our same way of life will always work...it won't.
