He's got the best role in the offense. Not a whole lot of responsibility, just oppertunity, and hes making the most of it so far.

Sheriff Gonna Getcha 09-24-2007, 12:25 PM My only beef with Randel El is that often times he dances too much and I hate that, but he has been playing great all year! I actually love his enthusiasm; you can tell it is genuine and it's not over-the-top annoying/cocky. Between ARE and Marcus Washington, I think we have the guys we need to get our team charged up. Sean"Big Hurt"Taylor 09-24-2007, 12:30 PM I really believe that if Lloyd has some chances like moss and randel el he would produce too. We have to get him on the field and throw it his way. We can not get made we has to make a touchdown on one catch per game. That is not fair of us to judge him on that. If Lloyd was on the cowboys, saints he would contribute big time. I really believe we are not using our plentiful offensive weapons. Joe Gibbs please leave the coaching to the coordinators. I can't wait until he becomes just president of the team and get a general manager. Joe Gibbs can not get it done anymore. This is not 90s anymore the defenses are bigger and stronger than back then. Texanskin 09-24-2007, 12:50 PM I like ARE... now the task is finding a solid #3. Caldwell...can you pass lloyd on the depth chart? Southpaw 09-24-2007, 12:57 PM Randle El is a madman. I thought the cries of "Bust!" last season were a bit premature, because it seemed like whenever he was given a chance to make a play, he made the most of it. He doesn't seem to get a ton of seperation from DB's, which may explain why he didn't get many chances last season with Brunell under center. Since Campbell isn't as gun shy, he's getting more chances to make plays, and just like last year, he's making the most of them. brent 09-24-2007, 01:20 PM He needs to take his punt returns forward more like he did yesterday. I think someone talked to him. I like what I see so far but I wouldn't render a verdict yet either way. He's obviously a huge upgrade on Brandon Lloyd though. The Skins have yet to really click offensively, so hopefully that great game lies ahead of us. rypper11 09-24-2007, 02:33 PM I really believe that if Lloyd has some chances like moss and randel el he would produce too. Do you watch the games? He doesn't try for the ball when it's thrown to him (see JC's int against Philly), he jogs if he's not the primary route and he cries more than a newborn. He got paid. That's all he cares about. Really should have given him cash to stay away. If we cut him today he'd never be more than a #5 wr on another team. JWsleep 09-24-2007, 02:44 PM Good to see ARE stepping up--a quality guy who loves football, and adds a lot to our team. Doubt we'll see much more of lloyd--I would like to see if R Caldwell can get it together for Detroit, given what McNabb did to that D. |
