Well we looked Marvelous in them Throwbacks!

I liked that 70th anniversary unis a lot better than these. Just not a big fan of the yellow. Maybe if we had worn the spear helmets it would've been better for me.

Ugh, I HATED them. I just don't like so much yellow. Then someone said that Vince Lombardi personally designed them, and modeled them after the Packers. Sorry, give me burgundy jerseys and white pants at home every single game.

Actually, I think the throwbacks were the reason we lost yesterday.:cussing: i feel the same way...i remember us in those uniforms when i first started watching football in 70' i was 9...all i remember is that we went to the playoffs that year. we wore those uniforms and lost to the san fransisco 49 at candlestick park.< was astroturf back then too> billy kilmer was the qb then he wore #17 bad omen i never wanted to ever see us in those uniforms again lets get back to our red helmets please? i tried to be positive. Just bad memories. anyone else remember this?

I love the spear unis and would like to see the Skins go to them full time.

I actually wouldn't mind to see the spear uni's more. I wouldn't like to see them full time but maybe a couple times a year would be cool.

Yeah it was the jersey's fault we played like crap.

I'll pass on the throw backs. Yellow is a aweful color, IMO I kinda link yellow to being cowardly.

If WE would have won it would have eased the pain of that ugly yellow.

That's what I'm saying! lol. I don't get the whole "we won so lets wear the same thing next week" or the "we lost so lets burn these damn things..." idea. It's who's wearing the jersey that determines W's and L's, not the pigment of said jersey. People are nuts. :rant:

These throwbacks are hideous. The 70th anniversary unis were much better.

These throwbacks are now loser uniforms. I never want to see them again.

I thought the exact opposite. I thought they were much better than our 70th anniversary edition.
I dare say those are some of the best throwback uni's I have ever seen for any team!
