Week 3: Redskins v Giants predictionshagams 09-21-2007, 08:03 AM Giants-17 Skins -24 gibbsisgod 09-21-2007, 08:23 AM Washington 31 New York 17 Keep Burress contained and it'll be a lot more lopsided.I thought Burress has a bum ankle. JDESKIN 09-21-2007, 08:24 AM Redskins are going to have a field day on this Giant team. The Redskins D will dominated and the Offense will run like a well oiled machine. Holding the Giants to nothing but field goals. Redskins 27 Giants 9 Portis with 100yds and 1TD J. Cam with 260 yds and 2 TDs Santana Moss 80yds 1 TD Cooley with 60yds 1 TD jbcjr14 09-21-2007, 08:28 AM Payback is a bitch! Portis/Betts will combine for 250yds rushing and run the clock down keeping the Giants offense off the field. Skins 24 Gmen 12 (no td, all FG's once again!) TheMalcolmConnection 09-21-2007, 08:29 AM I think we win, but with second half heroics. I think we win and win decisively, but not after a letdown in the first half. Redskins 35, Giants 21. Jamaican'Skin 09-21-2007, 08:38 AM The Giants are a dangerous team at this point so I say Skins 17 Giants 3 After the first half Skins 30 Giants 16 Southpaw 09-21-2007, 08:47 AM I thought Burress has a bum ankle. I think you are correct, but last I heard, he was going to play Sunday. Schneed10 09-21-2007, 09:13 AM We're getting mighty big for our britches up in here. Might I remind everybody that the Dolphins took us to overtime and the Eagles could have scored a TD in the last minute against us to put them in position for a game tying 2-pointer. Bottom line is we're 2-0, which is great. But are we THAT good? Failure on a third down or two in either of those games could have led to a loss. As always in the NFL, the line between winning and losing is not very big. Redskins 24 Giants 20 A nailbiter again, we come out on top because our QB is more poised than theirs. MTK 09-21-2007, 09:56 AM We also could have blown the Eagles out of the water if JC didn't overthrow Moss at the end. That game wasn't as close as the score. BrunellMVP? 09-21-2007, 10:11 AM Redskins: 27 pts (3 Tds, 2 Field Goals) JC tosses 2 and Portis gets one Giants: 19 pts (score 1 TD and 4 field goals) bend not break holds strong. (note- we need to defend the lob to the endzone...) I'm nervous about our line, but I am really happy with Campbell's progress. Moss , ARE and Cooley will have big days. wins are the best source of confidence. The skins will keep their chip on their shoulder and dominate... |
