It depends on who you ask... Since 90% of Redskins fans fall into the "what have you done for me lately" category; three weeks ago it would've been Ladell Betts...

Honestly, I think there's such an abundance of personality on the team now, that there isn't any single player that qualifies as Mr. Redskins.

I think you're right. I think it's split between CP and JC....

This will be great. LA thinks he's a very smart and insightful guy who is in reality a dummy. It will be great to watch and see what stupid things he will say.

I am sure he has forgotten more football knowledge than you have even known.

I'm sure he has considering he played in the NFL and I didnt. But I bet its not much more since I dont think he understood the schemes and strategy very well. What I mean is his habit of using 50 cent words that he does not know what they mean and his poor grammer. It all makes for interesting and funny statements. It should be entertaining.

I do not care.

Now, if somebody told me that Joselyn Pink is comming over to my house to cook me eggs in the morning; then you would have my attention and I would be drooling over the opportuninty with excitement.

Joselyn Pink is coming over...then she saw you were married. Tsk tsk! :D

Yeah, I saw the announcement on Sportsnite this morning, they said Lavar is "one of the most loved Redskins ever".

I almost choked on my Cheerios.

Redskins fans have no long term memory(unless it relates to Gibbs)... I guarantee that 90% of the people that live to slam Lavar at every turn have owned a Redskins 56 jersey at some point.

I think most of us remember our former stars / childhood redskins hero's . I still think about the over the hill gang , McDole , talbert ,Hanberger , Fisher ,Sonny ,L. Brown , C. Taylor , K. Houston ,,, to Gibbs 3 SB teams , Mann , Manley , Coleman , Monk / Clark / Sanders ,JT, DW, the Hogs, Riggo and of course D. Green . And 10 years from now most will have nothing be praise for the S. Moss's / Samuals/Jansen , Sellars , JC , CP , St and LaRon .

This isn't a family, it's business. The personal touchy feely BS that people seem to have for LaVar is not going to win football games when the guy can't even stay healthy anymore.

He's done, time to move on.

Is it cold in here, or is it just Matty?

On Comcast Sports Network,

Lavar will be joining the Redskins Kickoff Show, with Ray Brown, B=Mitch, and Co...

I don't know if he will be here permanently (and I know I'm going to get 15 people saying how much they dont care) but he'll be on at 3 on CSN.

I don't have a link but it sounds like he's going to be joining the crew permanently...

should be interesting!

What happened to Steve ZABAN on Post Game Live ? I know last year he got yanked for a series because he was too harsh in his comments.
