The skins didn't blitz much, and told the corners to contain....smoot did just that. People always hate on him for giving up a lot of completions....but he rarely gets beat for TD's. Plus he's a great locker room guy...and a REDSKIN. I would take smoot over rogers to cover a top receiver. These guys have come a long way. Plus the fact that Gibbs had faith in Suisham to kick a 40 yarder to end the game tells me that's a gimme for him.
