Seems like Bill Belichick better find a new way to win games now that the gig is up (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3012989). Actually, I guess it's not officially proven that they were cheating but since I really hate the Patriots (envy?) I want to believe it.

Now we know why everyone thinks Belichick is a "genius."

I honestly don't know why the think they have to cheat to win. They probably have the best team in the NFL talent wise.

Belichick is a an arrogant, disrespectful introvert who lucked up with a genius QB and f#@ked that up by getting rid of his 1# target. Now, wait until Randy Moss's shit hits the fan and they play the more aggressive teams that will lay the wood on Moss. You will see how ingenious Belichick is. If he has to spy on his pupil's team in order to get an advantage, that speaks volumes about the true nature of some individual who has been called the greatest coach ever and he won 3 Superbowls at least 10 after the real genius of the Redskins did.

I've always disliked Belichick. He definately comes across as an arrogant ass. As a matter of fact, so does Brady. Yes, I just said I have a distaste for two of the NFL's golden boys.

"cheaters never win" i used to hear that when i was a youngster and i still believe that cheaters shouldn't win..I guess that those old sayings are sometimes wrong since bill has already won...i really dislikle b.belichick too

I've been wondering about the green dots on the helmets. It serves to reason that the sticker is needed because somebody was using extra radio receivers in helmets other than the quarterback. This would be a great advantage in the two minute drill or in any no huddle situation. Any thoughts on who might have done something like that?

Hopefully, Belichick will do the right thing and resign. Of course, he won't unless public pressure builds. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Nothing is going to happen. I don't know what kind of evidence they have, but this doesn't strike me as something the NFL is going to crack down on.
Maybe they should, but I just don't see this blowing up.
