Portis to play in week 1

I think we all knew Portis would be playing week one.

yeah just putting it there so i dont pay attention to first take saying other stuff.

how many yards do you realistically think he will get. im thinking less than 100

96 yds, 1 TD and maybe 2 receptions

betts will beat him out on yards but get no TD's

just my prediction

I never really had any doubt.

19 carries 62 yards for Portis

16 carries 78 yards for Betts

Week 2 Portis gets in game shape

I just hope he doesn't go for any tackles. :banghead:

Portis has a chip on his shoulder. He will come out of the box smokin'. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he had 120 yards rushing and a couple touchdowns.

Portis will be bringing everything he has. if that line keeps blocking like they were at the end of last season, easily 100+

Portis exhibited a rare case of benficial malingering this pre-season.
