caldwell would be a great signing. he's better than bodiford (who?) and that's all that matters.

And get Burelson for him 70Chip 09-03-2007, 03:08 PM Caldwell is as soft as Lloyd. I want a WR that has bones inside his body. And maybe even some muscle mass. TheMalcolmConnection 09-03-2007, 03:23 PM Honestly, as far as WRs are concerned, I'm in a wait-and-see mode. Last year was bad all the way around. There's no question our receivers have talent. Let's give them a year with Campbell before we start clamoring to add WRs. We have enough money tied up in them as it is. EARTHQUAKE2689 09-03-2007, 03:38 PM this is they guy who dropped 2 td passes in the AFC championship game. Dont need him dont want him. Rather have Doug Gabriel. That Guy 09-03-2007, 04:45 PM this is they guy who dropped 2 td passes in the AFC championship game. Dont need him dont want him. Rather have Doug Gabriel. who was cut by the pats twice and couldn't even get on the field to drop anything himself. mmil12 09-03-2007, 04:46 PM I hate to say this, but I don't think that we are going to sign a receiver unless there is an injury. We just signed that no-name WR to be our 5th. I doubt they cut him a day after they sign him. Not very Redskins-like! RMSkins 09-03-2007, 04:58 PM I would love to bring Caldwell in to battle Lloyd for that 3rd WR spot. skinsnut 09-03-2007, 05:00 PM I'm suprised they didn't look at McCardell. They were looking at him before and I think I'd rather have this geizer than the guy from GB. And I certainly dont want that guy from the Raiders...we dont need a 5th receiver with an attitude...we already have Lloyd for that... Here's the deal...if they passed on McCardell now in favor of a no-name...odds are, we are gunna live and die with the 4 in front of him, so get used to it and start cheering our wideouts...aint no change gunna happen now! 724Skinsfan 09-03-2007, 05:05 PM Out of curiosity, when was the last time Lloyd exibited an attitude problem? During pre-season he seemed to have settled in quite nicely. Maybe I missed something but he seems to have learned a bit from the talk he had with Papa Gibbs. |
