New England Patriots (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=nwe) safety Rodney Harrison (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=2821) will be suspended by the NFL for four games because he admitted to federal investigators that he obtained Human Growth Hormone, sources told ESPN.com on Friday.
Harrison had a hearing with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Friday, the sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. The Patriots could announce the suspension as early as Saturday.

I'm not sure exactly what Harrison means to the Pats' secondary, but he gets points for coming clean and telling Roger Goodell what he got.

that man reminds me of Andre Waters. always borderline cheap with all his hits.

Borderline cheap? Says who?
Harrison is a hard hitting safety just like our Sean Taylor. He is not a cheap shot player. There is a big difference.
Harrison is a future Hall of Fame player and at 34 is better than most safety's in the league.

i love Sean Taylor, and his aggressive nature. but you cant tell me that some of his hits aren't borderline cheap. Harrison and Taylor are alot alike. other then Taylors speed, Harrison probably has alittle more football sense about him

As good as Harrison has been in past years, I'm surprised the Patriots haven't let him go. This guy can still turn up some numbers, but knowing how the Patriots front office is, usually when they see a guy start to lose a step they are quick to pull the plug. If this were 3 years ago this would have been huge for the Pats, now I think it is just a minor obstacle for this powerhouse.

I don't think he will be around very much longer. They drafted someone to take his place. It's just a matter of time.
