chris henry is a talent, if only he could stay outta trouble

It's kind of weird that he gets to play in the preseason games and practice with the team, and he's about to sit out for 8 weeks.

Why is he allowed to play now at all?

By the way, nice play just now by former Skin Nic Clemons

Joey Harrington will force teams to respect the passing game more than Vick could. This could be good for the Falcons. If they can keep a decent running game going, Harrington will be ok for them. I think they will do better than they would have with Vick honestly. It is probably a blessing in disguise that Vick won't be there this year.

Harrington definately looked good tonight. The guy unquestionably has talent, but he is inconsistent and doesn't make the best of decisions. Give him time.

Joey will throw a ton of picks in the regular season. He will revert to his Lions form soon enough. He is a good backup, but not much more. ALthough most ex Lions thrive once they are away from Detroit, so who knows. I do wish him the best though. He got screwed along the same lines as Patrick did. Got thrown into the firestorm as a rookie with a crappy team.

I think Harrington could be good, he was amazing in college (not that college translates to pro) but he just didn't have anything going for him in Detroit, so hopefully he can perform well.

Dude...the comparison between Ramsey and Harrington is laughable. Ramsey wasn't that talented, and did nothing special at Tulane. Harrington came in with amazing talent out of Oregon. Also, Ramsey was the 3rd stringer to start the season (something Harrington never had the luxury of) and was not "thrown in" as you suggest. He didn't even play until week 5, then played only 3 games (week 5, 6, and 7). From weeks 8-13 he had 2 attempts (if I recall, both were half time prayers), then he played weeks 14-17. So how does playing in less than half the season (7 games) actually compare with Harrington actually playing right off the bat????

Ramsey sucked, always will, get over it already.

I agree with you on that!

This is how Harrington rolls. He'll look good at times but turn around and throw 4 picks the next game.

Good point.
Maybe he can string together some good games though...he obviously has the potential.

Yes, I think he was #52.
