J/K. I'd take Lombardi. As far as Belichick goes, he might give the team a slightly better chance to win in today's game than does Gibbs, but I'd still take Joe. He gives you a great chance to win, and he does so with class.

Joe Gibbs hands down. Anyone that can win with 3 different QB's with only one of them being good (Theismann) has done something right. Hopefully after this year it will be 4 different QB's.
And next year 5 Qb's. Another reason to start TC the rest of the way!
I think Gibbs is the best leader. I don't think he has ever lost his players even during losing streaks.

I was born in 89 so I dont really have that much to choose from, but I'm fairly confident that even if I was born in 49, I'd still choose belichick.
