For those who didn't have access to the game.
Overall the team looked good on both sides of the ball. Special teams played really well too. Both Frost and Suisham did good jobs.
Up until Cambell left the game with the knee injury, I thought he was sharp. My heart was in my mouth when Campbell hit the turf.
Five players that really impressed me:
Rocky McIntosh: Kid was flying to the ball all night. Mostly in the backfield. He looks like a totally different guy from last year. You can really tell the lights are coming on for this guy.
Jason Cambell: Thought he played well. Was very poised and most of his passes on the money. He didn't play long, but he looked good overall.
LaRon Landry: Seems like they played him in the box quite a bit tonight. He forced a few run plays inside for losses and was in on some tackles. He moves to the ball with full force. The kid's a beast.
Todd Collins: I was pleasantly suprised to see him step in and step up. I think Brunell could be number 3 on the depth chart before it's over.
Gregg Williams: I know it's early, but it seems like he has these guys having fun again, and you can tell they buy into the system. I sense a good year on the defensive side.
Other notables: Mike Pucillo held his own and looked comfortable. He nearly played the entire game. First half at guard, second half at center. Like I said, he looked comfortable out there.
Sean Taylor isn't trying to be a hero. I noticed he was barking signals, tuggin guys on the jersey and putting them in position. I saw #30 on more plays than #21. That's a good thing.
Chris Cooley was Chris Cooley. He looks like he's ready for the Dolphins.
