Landry to Start Opening Day?

I think the confidence that they are investing in him already says a lot about this ability. This criticism in the past has been their reluctance to play rookies or younger players, past the point when it made sense to get them out there. Landry must really be something special.

I think it's a combination of Landry being special, but more importantly Williams be more flexible with his approach in general.

This is all excellent to hear. Unless it was designed that way, the Titans didn't try or couldn't complete anything deep.

Williams has to win now, or lose his head coach status. that means putting the best players on the field

Yeah he basically named him the starter from what I gathered.

yea and added that players were saying that they are a better defense with him out there.
