He just wasnt accurate, had a nice arm but his main problem was that he tried to force too many things, didnt relax and get comfortable in the pocket. Norv insisted that if Aikman could figure the system out, why should he have to "dumb it down" for Shuler and Frerotte. He was a double major at Tulane and graduated early, so he's pretty book smart at the very least.
