I really believe we are more than fine at WR, our WR's can only go as far as Campbell and the rest of the offense will allow them, I do not believe they will be the ones who can't keep up with the offense, it's the offense that has to get up to speed for them to be all they can be. If Campbell can find and hit the open reciever they will have a big year, I do believe they will all be open.

You can't just end you career because you had 2 bad years with one team. He was pretty good in San Francisco for a couple years.

What do you consider a good year?

Well, that's what I eluding to when I say "over". Sure he'll have a team to call home, but he'll be lucky to be a 4th WR somewhere else if he doesn't perform for us this year. His stock will hit rock bottom...is that better?

Much better.

I also concur with what Ofis said about Campbell. If Campbell can hit Em, it won't be an issue.

2004 sfo | 13 | 0 0 0.0 0 | 43 565 13.1 6 |
| 2005 sfo | 16 | 0 0 0.0 0 | 48 733 15.3 5 |

Not to mention in both of those years his rank in position with all the other WRs in the league was 47th and 36th respectively, we didn't bring this guy in here to be our #1, and being 47th and 36th WR in the league is a solid #2 receiver. Plus he never had a Peyton Manning or Donovan McNabb throwing to him.

If he can get 565-733 yards with 5 or 6 TDs for us this year, it'll be huge for us to complement Moss, Cooley and even our RBs' receiving stats. Randel El and Campbell seemed to work well together last season, so there's another weapon for our offense.

Hope our WR corp comes off big MattyK!! If they don't there is no way we are playoff material with CP/LB alone.

[quote=jsarno;332251]Who is going to give him the keys to their offense if he produces what he produced last year again? This is totally make or break for him.

Randle El might not be here either!!!! He needs to produce more as well!!!!

Maybe KM didn't sign with the Texans after all. Not yet at least

"Keenan McCardell denied reports Monday that he was joining the Texans. McCardell said he hasn't agreed to terms with the Texans or any other team. He said he hasn't even spoken to the Texans in a week. While McCardell continues weighing offers from several teams, Texans coach Gary Kubiak said he remains hopeful that eventually the veteran wide receiver will choose the Texans."
