Golston on Comcast right now724Skinsfan 07-17-2007, 06:09 PM Hey guys, thought I'd pass along to all who have access to Comcast that Kedric Golston and JLC are on right now. EternalEnigma21 07-17-2007, 09:36 PM howd that go???? 724Skinsfan 07-17-2007, 09:57 PM howd that go???? Meh, it was okay. It was good to hear that London Flectcher (formerly known as London Flectcher-Baker) was talking with the D-lineman saying if "if you do this, then I can do this". Showing his leadership through communication and chemistry building are always good things to hear. Other than that he just seemed relaxed and ready to play. 724Skinsfan 07-23-2007, 10:14 PM More Redskins goodness on Comcast right now (8:00pm) called Redskins Legacy. Currently going over Gibbs I era. Riggo44 07-23-2007, 10:19 PM More Redskins goodness on Comcast right now (8:00pm) called Redskins Legacy. Currently going over Gibbs I era. I'm recording this on my DVR right now. I can't wait to get home and check it out. 724Skinsfan 07-23-2007, 10:22 PM I'm recording it as well. I can watch the breakdown and commentary of 70 Chip all freakin' day. redskins5044 07-23-2007, 10:47 PM watching that redskins legacy special on comcast makes me think. we the skins ever be a dominant team again? will fed-ex ever be like old rfk? i think we can be dominant again if we can get set in our ways of building a team. but we will never make fed-ex into rfk. the way the nfl is set-up be so corpate. the tickets dont go to the fans they to brokers who sell them to anybody or we sell on ebay. i hate going to the dallas game with all those cowboys fans there. i just dont think it will ever be the same in that effect. Schneed10 07-23-2007, 11:13 PM According to this, Golston added 25 pounds (!!!) in the offseason. That's some serious meat and potatoes! I like the sounds of that, the knock on him was always that he's too light to plug up the middle against the run. The story is about Montgomery though, who also added 10 pounds. Mass is key in the middle of the line. Montgomery Eyes a 'Big' Step Up (http://www.redskins.com/news/newsDetail.jsp?id=8740) 70Chip 07-23-2007, 11:50 PM The Redskins Legacy program was produced by Larry Micheals and it showed. No new ground broken there. The thing about Theismann going to Gibbs house for a heartfelt face to face was interesting, but it was mostly boilerplate. Some nice color footage of Baugh throwing touchdown passes. He had a good touch. I would prefer an hour of Sonny telling stories about breaking curfew with Billy, but I guess it was allright. |
