Before it got dark I through 10 Pork Butts on the small cooker on 1 side. They're rolling nice and will be ready by mid day Sat for a friend's party.

I fired the new 37" Open Pit Grill on newest cooker for a couple Steaks too after I oiled her down to season her.

Damn SBF you certainly have the full setup. Those 2 steaks look funny on that big ass grill. Everything looks tasty and Im sure it will be. Seeing that has inspired me to throw some burgers on my grill.

This is starting to get scary...LB looks like a previous girlfriend of mine, and you look like a cousin of mine. Your name isn't Tony is it? You definitely have that italian look to you.

I did some cooking this weekend too. The tomato sauce I make takes 6 hours to make, and all fresh ingrediants. Throw in the sausages and meatballs, and the hand made raviolis, and that was a long stretch of cooking. It's all worth it though...sooooo delicious!

Your food looked great...shame I wasn't there to partake.
