It was his first success in the NFL so ending his career in Washington would be sort of coming full circle. God that was terrible. Thanks for opening up an old wound. All I know was Elway sprinted a little to his right and just chucked the ball to the middle of the filed into the endzone and the WR just out jumped Green for the TD. They are both the same age within a couple of months, both born in 1970. KM just has four more years experience under his belt in the league. But Smith has put up solid numbers his entire career, even last season. Either WR would serve the same purpose solid depth.
