Mark Brunell. If Washington could've picked him up just eight or nine seasons ago, they'd have had a legitimate starting quarterback...
South, that's cold.....but true.

South, that's cold.....but true. drew54 07-03-2007, 04:59 PM Trent Green has to be our What if. Other great What if's are: What if Favre stayed in Atlanta? What if Minnesota said No to Dallas? NBA Version What if Jordan's father wasn't murdered? 70Chip 07-03-2007, 05:13 PM Keenan McCardell. His career has exactly spanned our era of discontent. Also, Paul Krause had about 60 pickles after he left D.C. jamf 07-03-2007, 05:15 PM Easy Choices: Rich Gannon,Trent Green and Stan Humphries. Keenan McCardell. Sleeper: Skip Hicks or Reggie Brooks. Flashes of brilliance but just couldnt do it consistently. jamf 07-03-2007, 05:15 PM Trent Green has to be our What if. NBA Version What if Jordan's father wasn't murdered? What if Portland Drafted MJ? Sam Bowie to Chi-Town! SmootSmack 07-03-2007, 05:24 PM I was thinking Keenan as well. Also, I don't know if he would have been "great" per se, but I always wish we had kept Kenard Lang. SmootSmack 07-03-2007, 05:27 PM Also, Kelvin Bryant. I think we got him just past his prime 70Chip 07-03-2007, 05:32 PM I think K.B.'s knees were mush when we got him. He was absolutely key to the 87 SB run, even though he did not turn up big in the actual game. If he had been healthy... (that's a whole other thread). Kenard was one of my favorites. A real bright spot in a gloomy period (2000-2001). jamf 07-03-2007, 05:34 PM Edit: Lets not forget Nemo Broughton! firstdown 07-03-2007, 05:38 PM Brian Westbrook we just gave up on him too soon. |
