Hey, I got bored today and slapped 24 racks of Baby Back Ribs on the smoker and am gonna slap on about 35 pieces of chicken in a bit too.

I'm hanging out waiting for my 3rd and final pit to be delivered today.

It's beautiful outside today and gonna be sunny in mid 80s.

After I cook these I will use the FoodSaver to seal them up for reheating tomorrow on the 4th of July.

Man those are some kind words guys and yes I will look into freezing and cold shipping of the Ribs and Pulled Pork. I just got the FoodSaver and it is bad as can be.

heh heh... Redskins Warpath Ribs

Oh, just slapped the chicken on. I tossed them in some oilive oil, lemon juice and a touch of seaseme oil and then my home made rub on them.

The cooker is rolling a stead 225-250 degrees.

Now add about 32 pieces of chicken.
