I'm working on 60 posts, lol. But i have to say one of my favorite dallas vs. Redskins moments is when Taylor clocked T.O. in the face and almost knocked him down. I've always said that was well worth 15 yards!
I prefer the Moss touchdowns. and 60 posts I remember my 60th post. People hated me then.

Yeah Moss TD's were great, and the blocked field goal, but I hate T.O. When is Taylor going to destroy him over the middle. I pray for it every game

And now Landry can do it too.

I think the fundamental concern for the Cowboys continues to be the running game. They are too inconsistent up front.
Also, I think that with the departure of Parcells, there will be a natural tendency for players to slack off in their practice habits. I look for T.O. to be his full self-loving self this season.
It's a tough read. I've never been terribly impressed with Wade Phillips, but broken clocks and blind squirrels. They could be a threat. Nothing would surprise me, rt to put it another way, WTF knows?

I know there is a question mark over Phillips because of his coaching past. But I keep reminding myself that WHEN he took a HC job he took over a struggling franchise in the "rebuilding" phase. New Orleans, Denver and Buffalo.
But he always left a team better than when he inherited it, and he has always sported a top 5 defense.
Now he is taking over a team that has lots of talent at key positions, a luxury he has never had when he assumed a post. We have high hopes for Phillips this season.
Its all speculation of course, but it looks pretty good so far.

I know I posted this on another thread in here, but most prognosticators think the Boys will be better than us. Street and Smith had us 3rd in the division and Sporting News and Athlons' had us dead last. I hope they are dead wrong, but in they didn't really beat up on the Skins too bad in their analysis of each unit of the team (DBs, D line, LBs, etc) It seems they do not think JC is going to improve dramatically enough to take us to the playoffs, and do not think our D line or LB corp is so hot either. Predicted records range from 7-9 to 9-7. One thing for sure, if JC doesn't really break out this season I am going to discount a lot of "homer" stuff from the DC media with all this talk up of him really stepping it up with game film time, etc.

Yes. Same thing for the Skins. So far so good. It's the most wonderful time of the year.
