That's a tough thing to deal with, I imagine. And I apologize for understating the obvious. GMScud 06-14-2007, 11:35 PM I go to the gym. I love to lift weights. Some good music and a little old-fashioned pumping iron. Breaking a sweat and all that exertion really helps with stress. Any exercise for that matter. Stretching is great too. Take 10-15 minutes and stretch every part of your body while focusing on taking deep breaths. I do it before I go to bed. Really loosens me up and calms me down. And of course, the best of all, good sex! :thumb: GMScud 06-14-2007, 11:37 PM sorry, couldn't have my post total sit at 666... jsarno 06-14-2007, 11:39 PM That's a tough thing to deal with, I imagine.
