Agreed FRPLG, I'm not really a fan of lame ass excuses. It makes SS look..........??????????? bad

Yeah he seemed a little bitchy. I won't be surprised or sad if we let him go after this year. We don't need a lot of guys not willing to work with the team in every way possible to win. I don't know that I blame him for not wanting to take a pay cut but the whole "I lost my phone crap" is total BS. Gibbs ought to call him out on that. It is called respect. Have some.

I'm kind of surprised he pulled that. I mean he was blatantly candid about everything else but then he pulls that one out of his ass? Why not just be like, "My head wasn't right after all this drama between the Skins and I. But now it's over, they want me here, it's a done deal."

I like the part where he says that the dog ate his homework.

I still think Springs is tradeable.

I want him here, but him counting as highest cap hit is kinda crazy. We are braced for trade or injury with depth right now at DB. Bears interested? Pats?

I like SS, but it's this simple:
-You don't play, pay cut
-You don't perform, pay cut
-You can't stay healthy, pay cut
-You lose you phone, grab 50 cents out of you deep pockets and make a
call...then take a pay cut.
-You have a laid back personality.......pay cut.
what does this have to do with his performance on the field?

Mabe he is sooooooooo laidback on the field that he lets people run past him.http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon10.gif

NO but seriously we need him to be healthy and on the field this entire season.
