I think the suit and tie is a classy look, what do you guys think? Should more coaches 'follow suit'?

ESPN - Dressed to 49s: Nolan allowed to suit up at home - NFL (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2903560)

Coach Mike Nolan will be a sharp-dressed man at all the San Francisco 49ers (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=sfo)' home games this season.

Nolan and Jacksonville Jaguars (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=jac) coach Jack Del Rio got permission from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Wednesday to wear suits and ties to all eight of their clubs' regular-season home games in 2007.

I don't get why they don't let them wear suits every game. Why does the nfl want them to dress like bums?

Because of Reebok. Reebok is the one making a fuss

I think it looks good. Also, I don't see why the NFL is against it...they could get into more merchandising this way. Start throwing logos on the front pocket, not obnoxious, but they could do it. I don't know that I'd get one, but know there would be a market for it

I'd love to see a coach on the sidelines in full pads, just like baseball managers wear uniforms. That's be pretty sweet to see

I don't even wear a suit and I work in a crappy office. Who in the heck wants to wear a suit to work? Especially if you're a football coach! It's stupid, and appeals to coaches who want to look like they are smart because they're not. I've got three words for Mike Nolan: Bend don't break. It was a crappy defensive scheme, and he's a crappy coach, IMHO. On the RAC: Washington Redskins Fan Club (http://www.OntheRAC.com)
