Wow, crazy. I'll have to hit that up. I'm going to try and make some ribs and brisket this weekend, and that'll work out perfectly.

I just was at my local Home Depot here in Northern Virginia and they had:

Small bags for about $5

that's why I get "real bbq" at places like Tim's River House. I cook things like grilled vegies, lobster, fish... grilled whole garlic (excellent), and frozen burgers and hot dogs, and bbq chicken breasts. All that other stuff I leave up to you all.

I use gas for the grilling to save on time... but I'm getting a smoker for those times when I can cook with a real fire...
