I heard on 980 that he just wanted to be home for his daughter's b-day who turned 1... I see nothing wrong with that.

I'm not letting you off the hook on this one Grim.

Believe it or not, I am happy to be wrong on this. That being said, it is hard for me to believe that this is the last word on his contract especially since it has been reported that they have had discussions about an extension before. My guess is that they must have a verbal agreement that he will get paid down the road (similar to what they did with Jansen). I heard Taylor on 980 and he seemed very confident and happy. Great! Now I would also argue that he allows some of this stuff to fester because he does not get in front of the media enough. When I have seen or heard him on interviews he seems like a very likeable guy.

This situation is very un-Rosenhaus. Maybe the good relationship with Snyder is helping the Redskins in this situation? However, I thought after the Walker injury, he would never let his clients play when they are grossly underpaid. I think that Snyder, Rosenhaus, Taylor and everyone on this site knows that he is underpaid right now.

Why on Earth would it be hard to believe you would be happy to be wrong on this? You are a Redskins fan. Of course you are happy.
