Ok, so I was reading the Washington Post, and the article on Gregg Williams' changes to the secondary says that he plans on using Landry in the box in order to let Taylor roam free in the secondary. Last season Taylor had to stay in the box to stop the run. Ok, my only issue with this is... we had (dont hate me for saying this) a perfect safety for playing in the box... AA. Although he cant cover worth a damn, he is essentially a glorified linebacker. The box is where he typically thrived in StL. So why then, was he only on special teams, and Taylors range going to waste?

Because last year GW did not differieciate between the two Safety positions, this is something new. There was already bad blood between AA and the coaching staff, so he was going to be traded anyway. But I agree, it is a change that could have been made mid last season that would have benefitted everyone, but I guess GW wasn't sold on the idea of changing his scheme until the season was over.
