man, this at first I mistook this old thread for a new one, until I clicked the link and saw that it was the old pre draft deal. Glad it wasn't new.

i liked the idea of adding briggs before the draft. i really thought adding him plus a late 1st rounder was the best value for the next few years . . watching last year it became apparent we needed someone who knows the D scheme at safety to compliment ST but briggs wants too much money for never having played a down in B & G . . . i hope landry plus a healthy springs = less blown assigments
