Stacks42 04-25-2007, 07:51 PM At least Westbrook when healthy was a good player.
Desmond Howard was MVP of the SuperBowl, right? He had a few TD's in that GB SuperBowl.
All Ramsey ever did was not play consistently. Ramsey still is the bigger bust of the three. .
Nah Westshook was all hype he never did anything 4374 yds for his career, if thats worthy of a number #1 pick? Sign me up for the draft, I would love to get paid millions to average a lil over 500yd a year for my career.

And Desmond was a scrub who had one good game, he won the MVP as a kick returner.

No one is saying they were great players. Just that they weren't the massive busts like the others are.
ps- You CAN NOT be a massive bust being an MVP of the superbowl. It's not possible.
djnemo65 04-25-2007, 08:29 PM Well, even the sun shines on a dogs ass some days...
From LJ, you'd have to go back to Franco Harris to see a productive running back come out of Penn State.
Ramsey had his chance, and we've all moved on for the better. If he's successful elsewhere, I'll tip my cap to him. But until then, he's a bust.
Step off homey, maybe you have never heard of Eric McCoo, MVP of World Bowl XII. What about Kenny Watson, one of the most underrated Redskins of all time? 3 time probowler Curt Warner postdates Franco by several years. And then comes LJ and takes the league by storm.
To paraphrase Churchill: some dog, some ass.
SmootSmack 04-25-2007, 09:16 PM I guess "productive" is loosely used here if we're citing Kenny Watson as an example.
But I would imagine more so that BD is referring to the string of first-rounders to come out of Penn State. Beside Ki-Jana, there was also DJ Dozier, Blair Thomas, and Curtis Enis
dall-assblows 04-25-2007, 09:16 PM ...is Great. i want to marry him
ArtMonkDrillz 04-25-2007, 09:31 PM Can we re-draft him with the #6?

Yes I am familiar with those players. I thought it was funny that in the face of such overwhelming evidence I would cite players such as Eric McCoo and Kenny Watson (Worldbowl MVP? Come on). And if there was any doubt as to the seriousness of my post I thought my reference to Churchill would clear that up. But I guess you took it literally. At least I made myself laugh, which is all that really matters in my world.

We'd probably have to trade up...

You know, it's funny. I saw Watson the first time around. Then I went back and read it again and saw McCoo and started laughing cause I realized you were kidding around.
Well played Nemo, Well played
