Another rule change named after a Cowboy?

Damn, two hours? LOL that's a long time to be rubbing balls. The balls must be really worn down come kickoff.

Are they going to call this the "Foreplay Rule"?

Can they just not say Homo sucks and can not catch a ball and leave it at that... honestly the ball is lobbed to you and all you have to do is catch it, place it and makes sure laces out and you are good... Anything to helped the useless Cowboys...

Will this rule be ignored just like the roy "horsecollar" rule which was very rarely called unless it was Sean Taylor doing it.. I mean Roy still had a handful of them last year.
