He would be inconsistent; with a strong arm but with an incredible talent for throwing it into the lineman's butt b/c of his low delivery (and as an ancillary problem, high number of OL on IR due to power wedgies); he would be very tough in the pocket but also have the mobility of a statue; and, while an intelligent person, he would have the football instincts of a blind gopher. Carr never really had any real weapons with the exception of Andre Johnson, but not back in 2002.
