Longtimefan 03-22-2007, 07:54 PM I liked the signing when he first arived but Patten was never acountable. If a guy can't be counted on to be on the field, he's of limited value. I thought we should have cut him last year because he wasn't going to do anything for his roster spot. He does not play ST's, and he caught a grand total of one pass last season, no way such limited production warrant's a roster spot. This opens an opportunity for the development of a younger player.
