They must have like 7 people on that board because there's no way a decent size group of people would put up with that type of crap. I mean that's just crazy. Not only is it crazy it is retarded. Why would you have a rule that says all sigs must be pictures? You can't have a text sig? That makes no sense. Theoretically limiting sigs is a size/bandwidth/design issue.
