At this point (last days before draft), we need at LEAST 2 more teams for it to be fun and competitive, so invite whomever you can and convert them to Warpath members and Skins fans. We just have to make sure we have an even number of teams. 10 would be great, but 8 is a minimum as far as I see it. C'mon people...I thought you were sports fans! :)
