For two years, the Baltimore Ravens have wondered about Jamal Lewis' breakaway speed. They no longer have to wonder.
Lewis, the franchise's all-time leading rusher, broke away from the Ravens and agreed to a deal with the rival Cleveland Browns on Wednesday. Terms were not disclosed, but Lewis reached the agreement Wednesday night after a visit to Cleveland.

Jamal just doesn't seem to be the player he was before he served time in prison. I'm not sure what has happened to him, I know he's had some injury troubles as well, but he still is an effective running back, though. Good pick up for the hard luck Browns.

Wow! This is going to shake up draft boards even more. I'm not sure if they're going to rely on Lewis and Droughns to fill their RB need, but one would think so. This might be good for us if Adrian Peterson slips to #6 and some other team (e.g., Texans) wants to trade up a few spots.

Not really they have been saying for a couple of weeks now. That the Browns were going to take Quinn. This only proves it even more.

Talk about irony. The very team he's made a career off is where he ends up.
Is it me, or are teams playing musical chairs with running backs this year.

yeah, its like 4th and 5th pitchers in baseball. they all switch teams every year, but the teams all still end up with a guy giving up 5.00 era in that spot anyways.
RBs seem to be a lot better now then 4 years ago though. back then you have guys like eddie george and trung candidate starting for teams :P.

That still could work out great for us at 6.. If Quinn goes at 3, TB has Cadillac and covets Johnson, AZ just gave Edge a buttload of $ and are looking OL or DL, we could be sitting in the catsbird seat for a deal.. I think we should hold off on any Bly deal until draft day.
