He is smooth in his movements and can flip his hips in transition. He has good range to make up ground while the ball is in the air. He uses his hands effectively from press alignment. He can jam and re-route receivers at the line. He has excellent hands and ball skills. He shows very good recovery quickness on double moves. He is a dependable tackler after the catch. Fisher has been solid when healthy, but that hasn't been often--and he has the potential to be excellent. He has missed half his team's games the last two years, and his development surely has been stunted by his injuries. He needs to develop better instincts in off coverage and gives up too much cushion to the inside. He plays too much on his heels and needs to be quicker in his plant-and-drive.
