If the Broncos have Bly at one corner and Champ at the other, that ought to give their defensive coordinators a lot of flexibility in terms of blitzes... Smoot has a tendency to get beat, but I love the intensity the guy brings, the way he plays, and yes, all the smack he talks. All that, and he usually can play hurt AND hang onto interceptions. He's not great, but I think he's as good as anyone they'd have, more because Springs can't stay healthy than anything else. FRPLG 03-01-2007, 03:02 PM Yeah we have to keep Springs. I won't be shocked if they make a big play for Clements, but I don't think we can bully other teams under these cap conditions.
