I like Ladell alot, but im gonna have to say that thomas jones probably has a higher value in most execs eyes...cause he's had two strong years in a row...whereas Ladell has only showcased his talent for less than a year... Rivera returns to Chicago as head coach in 2008 for a salary comparable to what Lovie got when he first signed on as head coach
